Lock Box treasure/ it's raining but we are dry

So finally time to tackle the lock box that's been sitting on our property for 18 months!
Found the handrail from the original house tucked away in the back. Perfect- can use that for the basement stairs! It will be company for the old oak floor boards that we reused for the stair landings. Kamal had insisted that he would find a place for these oak floor boards that were pulled out from the original house that stood here, built in 1936.
It's drizzling/ raining today but now that the gutter down spouts are connected to the 6 " solid pipes and draining that water into our newly installed cultecs far away from the house I am feeling really dry! Hooray!
