Victors back and backhoe work nearly done!

So yesterday after my blog about the lock box being taken I spent the rest of the afternoon tracking down parts the electricians needed to wire up the geothermal and heating units!
Today Victor should finish leveling the front right side of yard/ doing the outdoor basement stairs and covering the last bits of the water pipes to the cultecs.
Keith and Joe, the geo guys are setting up the thermostats. They're adding the zone panels and zone dampers also t oday.
Hopefully carpenters and electricians will return later today.
Victor digs up the tulip tree stump in pieces as he tries to level the rhs of the yard front to back. This was one of the trees we had removed as the center had rotted. It's branches we're 30 ft long!
The Commisso brothers came by and picked up their machine! That's the last thing in the front yard to go except the portaloo. They did an amazing job with all the excavation for our watermains/ sewer line. Only Anthony could have found that water main connection to the street pipe- it wasn't where it was suppose to be! They also did the trenching for geo lines.
So the electrician did come as well as the carpenters. It was a long day and we didn't get out til 9.45 pm!
Pantries looking good and well I can't wait to get cooking in the kitchen.
