Monday morning and the sun is out and Bob from the AB Richards rental company is here early. What a jolly man- a biker with tattoo flames on his arms and married to sweet Ti! Without driving the truck on the nicely leveled yard he gets the lock box loaded onto his truck.
The front of the house is looking less and less like a construction site now.
