Sunday morning work out in the rain

Before i talk about todays events yesterday was a good day! Front mudroom floor tiling completed, kitchen exhaust fan installed, Riki's bedroom on 3 rd coat of paint- that red. We also had the basement door installed, the wooden post removed from the front porch, the boys installed many housings with Kamals help as well as all the moldings sanded before installation. There's more but that's just a few things.
We had all 3 boys helping Kamal and I today. As usual on Sunday Kamal was up before anyone and working away at the house. He took a quick trip to home depot as i went to get the boys.
I bought the boys over at 10.30 am and all of us started to work. We cleared the garbage in the garage, planted the beautiful Birch Snee as Kris calls it, Kamal grouted his Hallway tiled bathroom and Rik and Nesh installed the window openers and door handles.
I don't have pics of what they did inside as I spent my time outside in the rain! Oh how great to see it rain after so many weeks- no watering for me today. I tried to get more straw over the grass seeds that I had already sowed as well as some I sprinkled out yesterday evening over the area Manoj and I had cleared.
I finally completed the closet designs that I have been working on for weeks. Every time I review them I tweak the design as there are soooo many options- I have to admit I've had a good time doing them. After trying many different combinations I went back to good old basics. The website is called easyclosets.com. Thanks John N this was a great recommendation- actually I shouldn't speak too soon- we haven't got them yet!!! I'll say it's the easiest program to work with on line to create what u want and I did try a few!

Big day tomorrow- the fence comes down from the front of the house!! We won't look like a construction site anymore!! Hooray!! Be warned-Just don't walk on my new grass trying to grow!!!
